British Trust for Conservation Volunteers (BTCV)

Design, develop and implement  strategic business planning and development programmes across BTCV’s Southern Region.  This work was later incorporated into national standards of operation.  Development and marketing of volunteer programmes with REACH, for retired business professionals, corporate volunteers with Business in the Community (BiTC), GreenGym (now a national product) and Corporate Team-Building for companies such as Lloyds-TSB and Southern Water.

Age Concern Stockport

Branding and marketing of retail services, holidays, insurance and events. Utilising both staff and volunteer resources to develop and implement local marketing programmes,within the national organisation’s brand and corporate/commercial programmes such as holidays, insurance, retail, etc.  These local and localised programmes were designed and promoted to develop the existing customer base  and attract new customers.

Norwood-Ravenswood

Developed and launched the first Karten CTEC Centre for Learning Disabled Adults on behalf of the benefactor Ian Karten and his partner organisation Norwood Ravenswood.  The assignment involved equipping the Centre, securing sponsorship and public sector funding, Team & Centre Recruitment and Management, Brand Development and Marcomms Marketing, Client Assessment and strategic partnership programmes.  The success of this first CTEC Centre has been replicated world-wide.
